"Zero Loss" AutoDrain- An Exceptional Accessory !!!

DV Systems recently launched an accessory "Zero Loss" AutoDrain for the compressed air systems. The receiver of your compressor comes equipped with a manual drain valve located at the lower part of the air tank. To keep the free water from accumulating inside the receiver, this manual drain should be opened at least once a day to allow the tank to drain completely. "Zero Loss" AutoDrain 'KK-9860' will replace these manual drains to facilitate an automatic drainage.


Some of the key features that "Zero Loss"AutoDrain 'KK9860' offers are :

1) There will be no loss of Compressed air.

2) The Design of 'Zero Loss' AutoDrain itself leaves an impression of elegance, style and chicness. The compact design of AutoDrain is built to provide the small footprint and to save space.

3) "Zero Loss" AutoDrain 'KK-9860' comes equipped with Two-way input connection ports that facilitates you to install the AutoDrain in two configuration either through back connection or a top connection.
Back Connection is commonly used in the Compressor applications. The drain from the tank is connected to the back Port of the AutoDrain.The top port of the AuroDrain acts as an air balancing line, and is connected to the side of the Tank.

4) "Zero Loss" AutoDrain comes with a warning LED light which provides the different indications.

Green light indicates that the power is on, the reservoir inside the AutoDrain is empty, and the AutoDrain is waiting for moisture to accumulate.

When the green light starts flashing, it indicates that the AutoDrain is dicharging and the Red light indicates that the AutoDrain is in 'alarm mode'.

AutoDrain is equipped with differnt sensers which constantly measures the level of condensate inside the chamber.
